To secure your appointment, a 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
This deposit is non-refundable if your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of your booking time.
As a small business, last-minute cancellations have a big impact — it’s often not possible to fill the space at short notice. The 50% charge simply helps cover the time and resources reserved just for you.
We completely understand that unexpected things can happen, and we’ll always do our best to help where possible, but please note that deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable within the 48-hour window.
